Float Level Switches :

"Flowtech" Offers Side Mounted Float operated Level Switch for internal Mounting though the Side of the process Vessel. The basic operating principle- Float and Switch assembly contains a permanent magnet, as the float rises or falls With the Level of the liquid the Switch is activated by the magnetic coupling action. This principle Eliminates problems associated with flexing diaphragm Seals bellows Seals as Well as coating problems Encountered by probe type devices. Various materials of constration are available depending upon service condition.

 Top Mounted Magnetic Level Switch -----------:

Flowtech introduced magnetically float operated Top Mounted Level Switch for controlling one or multi Levels by using reed Switch or micro Switch. A magnetized float moving alongside the protection tube ( S.S.316 ) tracking the Level is activating the reed relays Which is incorporated inside the tube. After passing the float, the red relay will retain their output state. Various materials of construction are available depending up on Service Condition. Maximum 4 Set points can be given in a Single Level Switch & Maximum stem length will be 2 Meters.

 Displacer Type -----------:

Works on Force Balance Principle. Displacer is suspended by a spring. When liquid level rises and covers the displacer, it becomes lighter and the spring relaxes. This causes a small upward movement of the rod assembly inside the casing which activates the magnetically operated micro switch.
